. iSAPPHIRE is our new internet based technical publications delivery
system. iSAPPHIRE will enable customers to view, download and print
their manuals via the Regional Aircraft customer portal. iSAPPHIRE
is a customized web application which has been developed to provide
secure encrypted data files with a high image quality and high speed
retrieval over the internet. iSAPPHIRE uses an Active-X style web
browser that will download automatically onto your PC on the first
login, this will then allow you to view the manuals. . SAPPHIRE Maintenance Information Database (SMID)™ - An information CD providing customised scheduled maintenance information (Workcards).
