iSAPPHIRE
What is iSAPPHIRE?
iSAPPHIRE is our new internet based technical publications delivery system. iSAPPHIRE will enable customers to view, download and print their manuals via the Regional Aircraft customer portal. iSAPPHIRE is a customized web application which has been developed to provide secure encrypted data files with a high image quality and high speed retrieval over the internet. iSAPPHIRE uses an Active-X style web browser that will download automatically onto your PC on the first login, this will then allow you to view the manuals.   Downloaded manuals can only be view using our iSAPPHIRE View desktop application which has been developed to replicate the functionality of our web based iSAPPHIRE independent of any internet connection. iSAPPHIRE View gives the user the same look, feel and familiarity of the web based iSAPPHIRE. The iSAPPHIRE View application can be downloaded from iSAPPHIRE when downloading manuals.
